Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to abcreatorsagency.com.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services offered through AB Creators Agency. By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or using any services provided through this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. About AB Creators Agency
AB Creators Agency works with creators and personal brands to help develop, build, launch, and grow digital products and monetization systems.
Services may include:
Monetization strategy
Offer development
Digital product development
Sales funnels
Landing and sales pages
Launch strategy
Email marketing
Backend systems
Growth and optimization
Ongoing shadow-operator partnerships
The exact services provided depend on the individual partnership.
2. Discovery Calls
Booking or participating in a discovery call does not automatically create a business partnership, client relationship, or contractual obligation.
The discovery call is used to learn more about your audience, brand, goals, opportunity, and whether working together makes sense.
I reserve the right to accept or decline any potential partnership.
3. Revenue-Share Partnerships
Certain partnerships may be structured using a revenue-share model.
There is no fixed revenue-share percentage that applies to every partnership.
The percentage is determined based on factors such as:
The project
Scope of work
Responsibilities
Product
Audience
Existing business infrastructure
Level of ongoing involvement
The revenue-share percentage will be discussed and agreed upon between both parties before the partnership begins.
Any final revenue-share arrangement should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. No Upfront Cost
Some approved revenue-share partnerships may require no upfront service fee from the creator.
This does not mean that every service, partnership, project, software platform, transaction, or third-party expense will always be free.
Any costs or responsibilities associated with a specific partnership will be discussed before work begins.
Not every creator or project will qualify for a no-upfront-cost arrangement.
5. Payments and Whop
For applicable partnerships, products may be sold and payments processed through Whop.
Where configured, revenue generated from qualifying transactions may be automatically distributed between AB Creators Agency and the creator or business partner according to the agreed revenue-share percentages.
This allows both parties to receive their respective share directly through the payment infrastructure used for the partnership rather than requiring one party to manually send the other party their share after every transaction.
The agreed revenue split may vary from partnership to partnership.
Payment processing may also be subject to:
Whop's terms and policies
Payment processor fees
Platform fees
Refunds
Disputes
Chargebacks
Taxes
Currency conversion
Other transaction-related adjustments
AB Creators Agency does not control Whop's platform availability, policies, processing times, fees, account decisions, or technical systems.
Any applicable revenue split will be based on the arrangement agreed upon for the specific partnership.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
Customer refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may reduce the revenue generated by a product.
Where applicable, refunded, disputed, or charged-back transactions may be deducted from revenue calculations or balances according to the payment platform's rules and the agreement between the parties.
Specific responsibilities regarding refunds and chargebacks may be established separately for each partnership.
7. No Guaranteed Results
AB Creators Agency does not guarantee any specific financial or business result.
This includes, but is not limited to, guarantees regarding:
Revenue
Profit
Sales
Conversion rates
Audience growth
Followers
Engagement
Product performance
Launch performance
Customer acquisition
Business growth
Business results depend on many factors outside my control, including the creator's audience, reputation, content, market conditions, pricing, product quality, demand, competition, execution, and customer behavior.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, examples, case studies, revenue figures, or other results displayed on this website are intended to demonstrate individual experiences.
They should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another creator will achieve the same result.
Individual results will vary.
9. Creator Responsibilities
A successful partnership may require participation from both parties.
Depending on the project, creators may be responsible for providing things such as:
Brand information
Audience insights
Expertise
Product knowledge
Videos or recordings
Content
Feedback
Approvals
Account access
Necessary business information
Delays in providing required materials, information, access, or approvals may affect timelines and results.
